Centurion Energy is a home energy company serving homeowners across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. For over 14 years and 11,000+ completed projects, we've helped families upgrade to modern heating and cooling, solar, and roofing. We're growing our appointment setting team.

About the role The Appointment Setter is the first point of contact for homeowners who reach out to Centurion Energy. This role quickly reaches new leads, qualifies them, and secures an appointment with one of our energy consultants.

Responsibilities

- Call and text inbound leads throughout the day
- Run a structured 14 day follow-up sequence on every lead
- Qualify homeowners and book appointments for the sales team
- Log every interaction accurately in our CRM

Requirements

- C2-level English
- Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing calling




- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Experience working with a sales dialer
- Comfort with high call volume
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Background in home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or real estate is a plus
