Our client is a growing residential property management company looking for a Bilingual Maintenance Coordinator / Assistant Property Manager to keep residents, vendors, and daily property operations running smoothly.

This is a high-impact, people-focused role. You’ll be the person residents trust, vendors rely on, and the property team counts on to keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

- Be a key point of contact for residents, vendors, brokers, and property partners.
- Coordinate maintenance requests from report to resolution.
- Schedule technicians and vendors and follow up until the job is done.
- Track work orders, repairs, and outstanding issues.
- Keep residents informed with clear, professional communication.
- Support leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and property turnovers.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Help the team stay organized, proactive, and ahead of priorities.

What You’ll Bring

- Fluent English and Spanish — required.
- Experience in property management, leasing, maintenance coordination,



customer service, or administration.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident communicating with residents, vendors, and contractors.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and business software.
