Position Summary The BDR Coach serves as a hybrid producer and team lead, maintaining an individual business development workload while acting as the primary local point of contact between leadership and the sales team. This role performs outbound sales activities to meet individual performance expectations while supporting team communication, training execution, performance visibility, and day to day coordination. The primary focus is lead generation and pipeline creation to generate viable sales opportunities for the sales executive team.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain an individual workload including outbound prospecting lead generation and meeting creation.

- Meet individual activity and Sales Qualified Meeting targets.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the local team.

- Communicate weekly priorities process updates training initiatives and expectations from leadership.

- Support the implementation of training and provide guidance to team members.

- Monitor team activity and performance and provide visibility to leadership on trends and challenges.

- Report on individual and overall team activity and performance metrics.

- Identify performance issues and escalate relevant concerns to leadership.

- Support onboarding and training activities as the team continues to scale.

- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails SMS and other outreach channels.

- Generate and develop viable opportunities for the Sales Executive team.

- Book meetings with prospects who represent legitimate sales opportunities.

- Maintain consistent activity follow up and pipeline management within CRM systems.





- Adapt sales conversations based on prospect motivations needs and buyer profiles.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in outbound sales SDR BDR telesales or prospecting focused roles.

- Previous experience coaching mentoring leading or supporting sales representatives.

- Comfortable remaining an active individual contributor while taking on team lead responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of structured sales processes and pipeline management.

- Hands on experience working within a CRM environment.

- Highly process oriented with the ability to execute calls emails follow ups and CRM updates.

- Strong communication skills and ability to serve as a local point of contact.

- Ability to assess team performance identify issues and communicate observations.

- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or near neutral accent.

- Comfortable working onsite in Monterrey Mexico.

Nice to Have:

- Previous Team Lead Senior SDR Senior BDR or player coach experience.

- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce platforms.

- Experience in real estate hospitality travel or vacation rental industries.

- Experience helping implement sales training or onboarding programs.

- Experience reporting team level sales activity or performance.

What Success Looks Like:

- Consistently meeting individual outbound call email and outreach activity targets.

- Generating consistent leads and booking Sales Qualified Meetings validated by sales executives.

- Tracking and communicating overall team activity and performance effectively.

- Supporting team training onboarding and process discipline across daily workflows.

- Successfully balancing individual sales production with local team coordination and support.
