Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Mexico City time

U.S. Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Leasing Agent to join our team and support a multifamily property in the United States.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and highly proficient in English. This person will communicate with prospective and current residents, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, schedule property tours, and assist prospects throughout the leasing process.

This is an on-site position in Roma Norte, CDMX, working directly with a U.S.-based property management team.

Responsibilities

- Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist prospective residents with questions regarding apartments, availability, pricing, amenities, and leasing requirements.
- Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads.
- Schedule and coordinate apartment/property tours.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing and application process.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Address resident questions and concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in CRM or property management systems.
- Track leads, applications, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with the U.S.-based property management team.
- Complete administrative and leasing-related tasks as needed.
- Represent the property and company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications
- Fluent or highly proficient English – spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, leasing, sales, property management, hospitality, or a related field.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and priorities.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM, property management, and other computer systems.
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and responsive.
- Ability to work effectively with a U.S.-based team.
- Comfortable using U.S. business terminology.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or Property Management Assistant.
- Experience working with a U.S. company or U.S.-based customers.
- Experience in multifamily property management.
- Familiarity with apartment leasing processes and terminology.
- Experience using CRM or property management software.
- Experience with lead generation, sales follow-up, or appointment scheduling.

Salary: 22,000 pesos monthly
