Bilingual Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities for a general client. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who is passionate about attracting top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to the growth of an international organization.

In this role, you will partner with hiring teams to identify, engage, and hire qualified talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely follow-up and communication to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting.
- Support talent pipeline development initiatives.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a multicultural and global environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 or higher).
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Availability to travel and work from the client's site as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for corporate, shared services, or global organizations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
