? Intake Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish) | Law Firm

We are a fast-growing criminal defense law firm seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to be the first point of contact for potential clients.

This role is critical to our firm’s success—you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, pre-qualifying leads, and guiding prospects into consultations with our legal team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls, texts, and form inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct initial intake and pre-qualification based on firm criteria
- Clearly explain our services and consultation process
- Schedule consultations using our CRM/calendar system
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Follow up with warm leads to increase show-up rates
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and urgency in all communications




- Identify high-quality cases and escalate when necessary

✅ Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven experience in intake, customer service, or sales (legal experience preferred)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volume and respond quickly
- Excellent listening and objection-handling skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Clio, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
