We’re looking for a bilingual Spanish-English intern to support marketing and growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, marketing automation, social media, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and AI-powered marketing tools .
The program is a 3-month remote interns hi p, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

What You’ll Do
- Support lead generation campaigns and prospect research
- Help manage marketing automation initiatives
- Create and manage social media content
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Assist with webinar and online event planning and promotion
- Create marketing graphics and promotional materials
- Support SEO and website content initiatives
- Assist with WordPress updates — a plus!
- Explore AI tools to improve marketing and automation processes
- Track campaign results and suggest ways to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong interest in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Interest in marketing automation and AI tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Creative and comfortable creating marketing materials
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with an international team
Bonus Skills: WordPress, Canva, SEO, email marketing platforms, webinar management, marketing automation tools, or CRM experience.
