Senior SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico

Duration: 6-month contract

Work Model: Hybrid, with a planned transition to fully onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to support warehouse operations in a dynamic SAP environment.

The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support and troubleshooting across key warehouse processes, collaborating with business and technical teams, and participating in testing activities to ensure the effective operation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) .

This position is based in Mexicali, Mexico , and requires availability to work onsite according to the established schedule. The current hybrid model is expected to transition to a fully onsite arrangement , so candidates must be comfortable with this requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) .
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to:
- Inbound processes
- Outbound processes
- Inventory Management
- Picking
- Packing
- Putaway
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand operational requirements and coordinate effective solutions.
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .




- Identify and document defects discovered during testing.
- Validate resolutions and ensure issues are properly addressed.
- Document issues, resolutions, testing results, and relevant functional information to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM , particularly in functional support and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, including:
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Inventory Management
- Picking
- Packing
- Putaway
- Experience participating in SIT and UAT activities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders .
- Spanish proficiency is required.
- Authorization to work in Mexico is required.
- Availability to work onsite in Mexicali, Baja California according to the required schedule.
- Willingness to transition to a fully onsite work model .

Preferred Qualifications Experience or knowledge in the following SAP EWM areas is considered a plus but is not required :

- SAP EWM Labor Management
- Yard Management
- RF Framework

Work Schedule The position currently operates under a hybrid schedule:

- Monday: Remote
- Tuesday–Thursday: Onsite in Mexicali
- Friday: Remote

The work model is expected to transition to five days onsite in Mexicali . Candidates must be willing and available to accommodate this transition.
