General Profile Requirements

Must have: Financial Services / Payments experience.

We are looking for candidates with experience in consulting, strategy, or project-based roles, with a strong focus on business-related topics.

Experience within the financial services industry, payments, or related products is highly desirable; however, candidates from other industries can also be considered

Candidates with previous experience at a consulting firm or within a corporate strategy team will have a significantly higher probability of being a good fit.

We are not looking for profiles with purely administrative experience, or candidates whose background is exclusively focused on process improvement, operational activities, or highly technical roles

Candidates focused primarily on implementation, without exposure to the business strategy component,



may not be a good fit

Profiles focused exclusively on the preparation or development of data visualization or data management tools, without strong analytical experience, are also not the target profile.

Overall, successful candidates should have experience structuring, analyzing, and solving business problems.
