About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Junior) to support our leadership and revenue teams. This role is idóneo for someone looking to build a career in business development, sales, and project coordination while gaining exposure to executive operations and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.

- Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.

- Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.

- Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM.

- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials.

- Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.

- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives.

Requirements





- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.

- Must reside in Mexico.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Comfortable conducting outreach activities and communicating with prospects.

- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication.

Nice to Have

- Experience with CRM platforms.

- Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or lead-generation activities.

- Experience in B2B environments.

- Interest in technology, staffing, recruiting, or consulting industries.
