JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Director to lead strategic customer relationships, business growth, and P&L; performance within the Data Center Infrastructure and Liquid Cooling Technologies space.

This executive leadership role will drive commercial strategy, customer engagement, contract negotiations, and operational execution while supporting next-generation AI, HPC, cloud, and hyperscale data center programs . The ideal candidate will combine strong business leadership with deep expertise in liquid cooling systems, thermal management, server infrastructure, and networking technologies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Business Leadership

- Executive-level customer management and relationship-building skills.
- Full P&L; ownership experience and strong financial acumen.
- Proven success in business development, contract negotiations, and account growth.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience leading integral cross-functional teams.

Technical Expertise
- Data Center Infrastructure and hyperscale environments.
- Liquid Cooling Systems , including direct-to-chip cooling technologies.




- Design, testing, or validation of liquid cooling solutions.
- Understanding of coolant chemistry, contamination control, and corrosion prevention.
- Thermal Management and rack-level cooling strategies.
- Server, networking, storage, and AI infrastructure technologies.
- Knowledge of server and networking power architectures.
- Familiarity with high-density computing, HPC, and cloud infrastructure environments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure, Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing business units or strategic accounts.
- Proven experience with Data Center, Liquid Cooling, Thermal Management, Server, Networking, or AI Infrastructure technologies.
- Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise data center customers is highly preferred.
