China Mobile International Limited is looking for Solution Consultants based in Mexico. The candidates will join our fast-growing Operation Support team in the Americas Region to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the organization's general & local network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead in designing and implementing complex network solutions for the LATAM region, including Internet Access, IP Transit, MPLS VPN, EVPN, and SD-WAN, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Contribute to the organization's Network as a Service development, managing network hardware, software, and services to ensure optimal operation.
- Identify and resolve network issues with strategic solutions, maintaining thorough documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Monitor network performance, manage capacity planning, and optimize operations to support organizational growth and changes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in network engineering to continuously improve network infrastructure and services.

Job Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, network, information system, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of telecommunication and / or network engineering work experience with a focus on ISP-level networks.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs. Strong knowledge of optical transport systems and protocols is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, alongside exceptional teamwork, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, team-player.
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required; CCIE or equivalent certification preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Experience with programming and coding is a plus.
