We’re looking for a Commercial & Digital Training Advisor!

Are you passionate about training, sales, digital customer experience, and the automotive industry ?

Join an international automotive company and help develop the capabilities of our Dealer Network through commercial, product, and digital training programs.

What will you do?

- Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for sales and digital teams.
- Develop training materials and learning resources.
- Train Dealer Network teams on sales processes, product knowledge, and digital customer service.
- Support lead management, CRM usage, and digital sales strategies.
- Identify training needs and follow up on performance indicators.
- Participate in new product launches and commercial initiatives.

What are we looking for?





- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive, training, sales, BDC, or digital customer service.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital sales processes, CRM, and lead management.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- English: desirable.
