Build and scale optimization models for enterprise clients, with room to grow into machine learning and agentic AI.

I nsight Kitchen is an AI-native consultancy helping Fortune 500 and high-growth companies operationalize AI, from mathematical optimization to machine learning and agentic AI workflows.

What you’ll do:

- Design, build, and deploy Constraint Programming and Mixed-Integer Programming models for scheduling, routing, and resource-allocation problems.
- Extend classical optimization with applied machine learning or agentic AI to make models adaptive and production-grade.
- Partner directly with U.S.-based client stakeholders to translate business problems into optimization formulations.

What we’re looking for:

- Master’s or PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, or related field
- 3–5 years deploying optimization models (CP/MIP) with Gurobi, CPLEX, or OR-Tools in production
- OR is required,



plus applied/adaptive machine learning OR agentic AI engineering experience
- Strong Python (Pyomo, PuLP, Pandas, NumPy) and end-to-end model ownership
- Based in LATAM (Preferred Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia); fluent English; availability for travel preferred
- Leadership or commercial/client-facing experience a plus

Selection Process:

- AI Interview (we keep our team tight and invest in it).
- Leaders meet & greet.
- CEO Interview.
- Client Interview: a live technical evaluation (not a take-home) focused on OR, ML, and/or agentic AI engineering.

Remote, LATAM-based, full-time contract engagement. Travel preferred, not required.
