We are seeking a Controls Engineer with strong experience in PLC programming, automation systems, and industrial robotics.
This role is focused on engineering, system development, and project execution—not repetitive maintenance work. You will work on custom automation systems, machine integration, and robotic applications for advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC systems (Allen-Bradley / Siemens)
- Design and configure HMI / SCADA interfaces
- Integrate automated systems and production equipment
- Program and integrate industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, etc.)
- Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus)
- Perform system commissioning and startup
- Troubleshoot and optimize control systems
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in controls or industrial automation
- Strong PLC programming experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and commissioning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics (Fanuc, KUKA, DENSO)
- Motion control / servo systems
- Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
- Safety PLCs and industrial safety standards
- Technical English (intermediate to advanced)
- Experience in machine building or system integration
- Experience in AUTOCAD for Electrical Drawings.
