At Sony, we are looking for a Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management. This position will play a strategic role, leading specialized teams focused on Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, and Cloud Security Operations , while driving collaboration with global teams across security architecture, data analytics, and automation.

We are seeking a cybersecurity leader with a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to transform complex security challenges into scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional distributed security operations teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Drive endpoint security, vulnerability management, and global security compliance programs. - Ensure achievement of security KPIs related to patching, remediation, endpoint coverage, and cloud security posture. - Promote automation and artificial intelligence strategies applied to security operations.



- Collaborate with global teams to strengthen cybersecurity architectures, processes, and capabilities. - Deliver executive-level, data-driven reporting to support decision-making and risk management.

We are looking for experience in:

- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Infrastructure Security, or related fields. - Proven experience leading global, distributed, or offshore teams. - Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security (EPP/EDR), Vulnerability Management, and Risk-Based Remediation. - Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience working with security metrics, dashboards, analytics, and automation. - Ability to influence general environments and cross-functional teams. - Advanced English proficiency is required. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or relevant cloud security certifications are highly desirable.
