We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to drive our health analytics and enterprise database platforms. In this hands-on role, you will own the administration of SQL Server databases, manage Clarity and Caboodle environments, streamline ETL workflows, and ensure the absolute security, integrity, and performance of mission-critical healthcare data systems.
? Key Responsibilities
- Database Operations: Administer and maintain core Epic SQL Server databases, including specialized Clarity and Caboodle environments ?.
- Performance & Health: Proactively monitor database health, storage capacity, and system performance to guarantee high availability ⚡.
- ETL Management: Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot complex ETL processes to ensure seamless data loads and strict SLA compliance ?.
- Reliability & Security: Execute robust backup, disaster recovery,
failover strategies, security patches, and healthcare compliance standards ?️.
- Optimization & Integration: Drive SQL performance tuning, index optimization, and design automated SSIS data integration workflows ⚙️.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with application analysts, infrastructure teams, and report developers while participating in an on-call rotation ?.
