PFD is a global skincare company managing beauty brands. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who is genuinely interested in skincare, beauty trends, and the general beauty market.

This role will support our existing e-commerce operations while helping PFD identify opportunities and expand into new international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales
- Research and evaluate potential e-commerce platforms and opportunities in new markets
- Support the launch and growth of PFD’s skincare brands in additional international markets
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and platform events
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
- Research competitors, skincare trends, customer behavior, and local market needs
- Work closely with marketing, design, logistics, and other internal teams
- Resolve platform-related issues and support daily e-commerce operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Strong interest in skincare, beauty products, and industry trends
- Working knowledge of product listings, promotions, inventory, and sales reporting
- An interest in researching and developing new international markets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance data
- Able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify,



TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is preferred
- Business-level English proficiency is preferred
- Previous experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry is a plus

Working Hours and Remote-Work Requirements

- Full-time remote position
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break
- Attendance at weekly online meetings is required
- The selected candidate must install and use a company-approved work-tracking program on the computer used for work
- The employee must be available through the company’s designated communication channels during working hours
- A stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment are required

Salary, Benefits, and Employment Conditions

- Salary: Starting at MXN $18,000 per month, negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience
- Paid leave: During the first year of employment, the employee will receive one paid day off for each full month worked. After completing one year of employment, the employee will receive 15 paid days off per year.
- Public holidays: Korean public holidays will apply.
- Performance bonus: A performance-based bonus may be provided depending on individual and company performance.
