E-commerce Junior Manager

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Platform Relationship & Resource Acquisition： Proactively manage day-to

day communication with Account Managers at Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre. Drive resource acquisition for TP including securing promotional deals,

advertising exposure, and account support programs. Stay updated on platform policy changes, handle account performance alerts, appeals, and escalations to ensure compliance and improve account standing.

1. 1P/3P Account Management: Oversee daily operations of Amazon (VC/SC)

and Mercado Libre (1P/3P) accounts, including listing optimization, inventory monitoring, order processing, pricing strategy, and promotion submissions. Take ownership of sales targets and account health.
1. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Develop replenishment plans based

on sales forecasts and platform promotion calendars. Coordinate with local warehouses and supply chain teams to maintain healthy FBA/FBM inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess stock.
1. Financial Coordination: Support finance team with monthly rebate accruals, fee

reconciliation, and payment tracking. Monitor account profitability.
