Final Assembly Quality Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Advanced English
5+ years as Manager in manufacturing/process engineering experience with proven final-assembly and NPI transfer experience; 3+ years in a lead role.
Hands-on knowledge of SMT/L10 processes, assembly test, yield improvement, supplier quality and automation.
Familiarity with quality/performance metrics (PPM/DPM, RTY, OEE), RCA, DFMEA, Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and people-leadership skills.
Sueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 la hora
