This role is highly focused on data management, reporting, and financial analysis, providing critical support to the Finance Manager and contributing to accurate and timely business insights./n/nKey Responsibilities/n/nFinancial Planning /u0026 Data Support/n/n Support the preparation and update of budgets, forecasts, and planning templates./n Maintain and manage financial datasets used for planning and reporting./n Perform budget vs vigente tracking, ensuring data accuracy and consistency./n/n/n/nReporting /u0026 Data Analysis/n/n Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly)./n Extract, clean, and validate data from ERP systems and multiple sources./n Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reports./n Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, highlighting key drivers./n/n/n/nCommercial /u0026 Operational Support/n/n Support tracking of sales, trade spend, and margin performance./n Prepare data and analysis for pricing and promotional activities./n Consolidate information for customer, product,



and channel performance tracking./n/n/n/nMonth-End /u0026 Data Accuracy/n/n Support month-end close activities, including data validation and reconciliations./n Ensure consistency across financial systems, reports, and databases./n Follow and reinforce data controls and validation processes./n/n/n/nAd-hoc Analysis/n/n Deliver ad-hoc analysis by gathering, structuring, and interpreting data./n Build and maintain financial and data models to support decision-making./n Assist in preparing materials for internal and management reporting./n/n/n/nProcess /u0026 Automation/n/n Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve reporting efficiency./n Enhance Excel models, queries, and dashboards./n Contribute to improving data quality, standardization, and reporting consistency./n/n/n/nSkills /u0026 Capabilities/n/n Fluent in Spanish and English/n 3+ years of experience in finance, FP/u0026A, or data analysis roles/n Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, modeling, pivot tables)/n Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools/n Working knowledge of Python, SQL,
