Key Responsibilities

- Channel Incentives &
- Budgets:

Manage channel incentive settlements to safeguard corporate funds and assets, while overseeing the channel incentive budget.

- Customer Collaboration:

Engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.

- Business Analysis &

- Optimization:

Analyze financial results and deliver actionable suggestions for business optimization.

- Financial Reconciliations:

Conduct regular AP and AR reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

- Marketing &

- Retail Finance:





Lead marketing and retail budget management alongside comprehensive ROI analysis.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

- Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in finance.

- Language:

Advanced English proficiency (fluent in speaking, listening, and writing).

- Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in standard office productivity tools.

- Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication and coordination abilities, strong commercial acumen, interpersonal understanding, and creative problem-solving skills.
