ICP is looking for a Global Librarian to join our Digital Asset Management (DAM) team in Mexico City.

This is an exciting early-career opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, curious and interested in building a career in digital content, content operations and technology.

As a Global Librarian, you'll play an important role in helping to manage and maintain a large digital content library, ensuring assets are accurate, well organised, searchable and ready for use. You'll work across content management, metadata, quality assurance, user support and documentation, while developing valuable experience within an international team.

You don't need extensive experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, a positive and service-focused approach, and most importantly, a willingness to learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

As part of the DAM operations team, you will:

- Manage, organise, upload, download and publish digital assets in line with established guidelines and processes.
- Maintain and improve asset metadata to ensure content is accurate, consistent and easy to find.
- Carry out quality assurance checks across digital assets, files, tags and metadata.
- Support data entry, content clean-up and asset audits to maintain the quality and integrity of the digital library.
- Respond to user questions and provide helpful, professional support with day-to-day platform and content-related queries.
- Investigate issues, resolve them where possible and escalate more complex matters appropriately.
- Support user access and provisioning requests in line with established processes.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge-base content and user guidance.
- Help identify recurring issues and contribute ideas for improving processes, training and documentation.
- Support reporting and tracking of quality, user support and operational activity.




- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider general team and take ownership of assigned tasks.

What we're looking for

This role is suitable for someone with 0–1 years of experience, internship experience or a strong interest in areas such as digital media, content operations, digital asset management, data, archiving, library science or digital commerce.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, responsive and service-oriented approach to supporting users.
- The ability to follow processes and apply standards consistently.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with an interest in learning new systems and technologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate issues and ask questions when needed.
- Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a global, collaborative team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Experience with a DAM, CMS, metadata, taxonomy, digital libraries or content management platform would be helpful, but it is not essential. Training and development will be an important part of the role.
