Looking for Motivated and Proactive professionals with exceptional skills in Engineering and PLM Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client. Support organizations within Consumer Goods (Food & Beverage, Personal Care)and Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences related industries.

As a Analyst/Consultant in CPG/Pharma,



you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of PLM Enablement, BOM Management, Master Data Management and Digital Twin & Thread

Key responsibilities include

- Deliver in CPG/Pharma Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
- Support clients in defining and harmonizing product master data, specifications, formulations/recipes, BOMs, packaging information, documents, attributes, and classification structures to enable integrated and scalable PLM processes.
- Contribute to the development and industrialization of reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and offerings across PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread.
- Apply industry leading practices and emerging technologies to translate business requirements into differentiated PLM capabilities that drive operational efficiency, data consistency, and business value.
- Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers to shape offerings, support client engagements, and continuously enhance Accenture’s PLM capabilities and market propositions.
- Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams

Additional responsibilities (as needed)
- Support integration of PLM processes with Quality and Regulatory requirements
- Track requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s ED offering and support recruitment, training, coaching
- Work with R&D; and product development teams to understand how product information evolves from concept through commercial production.
- Support data mapping, cleansing,



transformation, migration, and validation activities during PLM implementations.
- Implementation experience on multiple mid-to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space
- Designing end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes
- Translating business requirements into functional and technology solutions
- Experience working across multiple functions, business units, or geographies
- Experienced in PLM, Process & Engineering Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
- Preferred PLM package includes: Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault, PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP PLM
- Well-versed with PLM Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
- Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management, Digital Twin/Thread & Eng. Orchestration and Product compliance areas
- Support management in RFP, estimation and work breakdown

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced English level.
- MBA or postgraduate studies are desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural and integral teams.

Additional Skills and Capabilities:

- Functional experience in an Engineering Division, Product Development, New Product Launch.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Detail oriented
