Responsibilities The Opportunity The Global Procurement Indirect Sr Coordinator – Point of Sale (POS) is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for POS materials and services (displays, racks, and in-store execution elements) supporting PepsiCo's commercial and merchandising initiatives.

This role partners closely with Merchandising, Finance and different teams to drive cost, service, and innovation outcomes, and requires strong influencing skills to align priorities across a matrix organization.

Your Impact As General Procurement Indirect Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Category Strategy & Execution: Own the development and execution of the POS sourcing strategy, identifying opportunities to drive cost, service, and innovation improvements across the category.
- Sourcing & Contracting: Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementations with POS suppliers. Ensure contracts are commercially sound, operationally viable, and aligned with business needs.




- Supplier Management & Performance: Own supplier relationships end-to-end. Track performance against KPIs, identify gaps, and lead supplier engagement plans focused on cost, service, quality, and innovation.
- Supply Assurance & Risk Management: Ensure continuity of POS materials and services. Proactively identify risks and escalate with mitigation recommendations.
- Productivity & Value Delivery: Deliver annual productivity targets within the category by executing sourcing initiatives and identifying cash flow and TCO improvement opportunities.
- AOP Support & Tracking: Lead the development and tracking of category AOP commitments, providing variance analysis and partnering with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Merchandising, Finance, and local teams to align sourcing activities with commercial priorities and in-store execution needs.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments within POS to inform sourcing decisions and support risk mitigation.

Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, or supply chain, ideally with exposure to Point of Sale or retail execution materials
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills




- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support decision-making
- Usage of digital platforms, Artificial Intelligence for enhancing processes and questioning status quo
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
