Strategically navigate Mexican tax law and fiscal reforms while maintaining a transparent, world-class audit trail. The Ideal Candidate: 15+ years of experience, beginning with a
Big 4

Investment Banking foundation. Proven tenure as a CFO or VP of Finance within a major Mexican "Grupo" or a multinational corporation with local operations. Expertise in capital restructuring, debt refinancing, and navigating the BMV (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) or NYSE reporting requirements. Fluent English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.
