- Position: Healthcare Recruiter
- Location: Fully Remote (Only Open to Candidates in Latin America - Expats welcome)
- Employment Type: Part-Time (20 to 30 hours per week), Permanent
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (Open to candidates seeking 20-30 hours/week)
- Compensation: $1,039.98 to $1,386.64 USD/month ($6.00 to $8.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted Clinical Sourcing: Source potential candidates, therapists, and healthcare specialists across Indeed, LinkedIn, and healthcare networks.
- Multi-Channel Engagement & Calls: Conduct direct outbound phone calls, emails, and candidate messages to drive high response and conversion rates.
- Process & Database Management: Update records, maintain structured recruitment logs, and leverage AI tools to enhance outreach productivity.

What You Bring (Requirements)

- Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare recruitment and clinical sourcing, with proven experience recruiting therapists highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating LinkedIn, Indeed, tracking software/CRMs, and utilizing AI sourcing tools.
- Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills, with full confidence conducting direct outbound candidate phone calls.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
