Description

Provide comprehensive support in the management of Human Resources processes, including recruitment and selection, training, personnel administration, labor relations, organizational climate, and compliance with internal policies, to contribute to the development of human talent and the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on the onboarding and induction process of new employees.
- Answer questions and requests from employees related to policies, benefits, processes and working conditions.
- Follow up on payroll incidents, in coordination with the responsible area.
- Manage and keep updated the Human Resources systems and databases.
- Support in the development and updating of policies, procedures, formats and internal regulations.
- Participate in activities aimed at improving the organizational climate and culture.
- Support in the organization of events, internal campaigns and integration activities.
- Follow up on leave processes, exit interviews and corresponding documentation.
- Prepare reports and indicators of Human Resources for decision-making.
- Identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements to Human Resources processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor legislation.
- Detect training needs.
- Attend to and channel work situations of employees.
