Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE. This position is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits and payroll documentation. The coordinator will assist with implementing HR policies, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, organizing training and development activities, preparing HR reports, and supporting recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with management. The role involves close interaction with both operational and administrative teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in Benefits Administration to coordinate employee benefits programs and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong capabilities in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies to help implement and communicate company guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Mexico, particularly in the industrial or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office) for data management and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and levels of the organization.

Principales responsabilidades
- Reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo, técnico y administrativo.
- Administración de altas, bajas, contratos y expedientes.
- Control de asistencia, vacaciones, permisos e incidencias de nómina.
- Seguimiento al personal de oficina, bodega y proyectos/obras.
- Coordinación de inducción y seguimiento a nuevos ingresos.
- Atención y seguimiento de situaciones laborales y disciplinarias.
- Control de plantilla y asignación de personal por proyecto.
- Elaboración de reportes de RH para Dirección.
- Apoyo en procesos de IMSS y terminaciones laborales.
- Desarrollo e implementación de procesos y políticas de Recursos Humanos.
Buscamos
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología Organizacional o afín.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos.
- Experiencia manejando personal operativo y administrativo.
- Deseable experiencia en construcción, industria, metalmecánica o servicios industriales.
- Conocimiento de LFT, IMSS, incidencias y procesos laborales.
- Experiencia en reclutamiento de perfiles técnicos y operativos.
- Excel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para visitar obras cuando sea necesario.
- Persona organizada, firme, discreta, proactiva y con sobresaliente trato al personal.
Ofrecemos
Sueldo: $18,000 a $22,000 mensuales, según experiencia.
