Easy Lemon is a fast-growing U.S.-based Lemon Law organization that helps consumers navigate legal claims involving defective vehicles. We make the process easier to understand by connecting clients with the legal support and resources they need.

We are expanding our remote team and looking for a confident, motivated, and goal-oriented Intake Specialist who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Legal experience is not required. We provide training on our intake process, systems, and the fundamentals of U.S. Lemon Law.

The Opportunity

As an Intake Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for individuals interested in pursuing a Lemon Law claim. You will learn about their vehicle and repair history, determine whether they meet our intake criteria, explain the process and next steps, and guide qualified prospects through enrollment.

This is a high-volume, sales-focused role where strong communication, confidence, empathy, persistence, and objection-handling skills are essential. Your ability to build trust and effectively guide conversations will directly contribute to your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's vehicle, repair history, and circumstances
- Gather accurate information and evaluate potential eligibility using established criteria
- Explain the Lemon Law process, requirements, and next steps clearly
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally and empathetically
- Use consultative sales techniques to help qualified prospects make informed decisions




- Confidently guide qualified prospects through the enrollment and retainer process
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have not completed enrollment
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the intake process
- Accurately document calls, prospect information, and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Manage multiple prospects and follow-up opportunities while maintaining accuracy
- Meet or exceed individual conversion, productivity, and performance goals
- Follow established intake procedures and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, client intake, customer service, call center, or a similar role preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust
- Comfortable asking questions, leading conversations, and asking for commitment
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- CRM experience preferred
- Legal or Lemon Law experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
