Salary: $18,000–$27,000 USD annually

MXN: $314,000–$450,000 MXN annually

Design. Animate. Adapt. We're looking for an Integrated Designer – Motion & Social to join a growing general in-house Creative Hub. This is a genuinely integrated design role . You'll move between motion, social, digital, presentations, landing pages, brochures, fact sheets, and campaign creative — sometimes all within the same week.

A major part of the role is social-first motion and animation , so we're looking for someone who can genuinely bring static ideas to life and understands how to design specifically for social platforms. But this isn't a motion-only position. You also need strong traditional and digital design skills and the ability to take an idea across multiple formats without losing the quality or consistency of the creative.

What You'll Do: Design and animate social-first motion content , thinking specifically about the platform rather than simply resizing existing campaign assets

Create content across organic and paid social

Design integrated creative across digital, social, presentations, landing pages, brochures, fact sheets, and campaign assets

Edit and lightly produce talking-head videos and product demos

Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and short-form social content

Translate campaign concepts into creative that works across multiple channels and formats

Bring social trends, hooks, and platform-native thinking into the creative process

Adapt and version content efficiently using AI-supported creative tools

Collaborate closely with copywriters, Project Managers,



and global stakeholders

Balance fast-turnaround social work with larger campaign and integrated design projects

Manage multiple creative projects and changing priorities at once What We're Looking For

Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong combination of integrated design, motion, and social-first creative . You'll ideally bring:

Strong hands-on graphic and integrated design experience A portfolio demonstrating genuine motion and animation skills , particularly for social

Experience creating platform-native social content , rather than simply adapting existing campaign assets

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills

Strong After Effects skills for motion and animation

Experience with Premiere Pro for video editing

Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills

Experience designing across presentations, brochures, fact sheets, digital assets, social, and campaigns

Comfort editing or lightly producing talking-head and product demo video

Strong understanding of social trends, formats, typography, layout, and platform best practices

Experience creating for both organic and paid social

Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking

Experience working in a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or in-house creative environment

Experience with B2B or corporate brands is beneficial

Interest in AI-supported creative tools and emerging creative technology The Key Thing

We're looking for someone who can genuinely flex between integrated design and motion .

You might be animating a 15-second social asset one day and designing a 20-page brochure, presentation, or landing page the next.
