IT Business Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Business Trainee to support the Sales Systems Supervisor and CRM Specialist in the management and improvement of business systems, data, and processes supporting the commercial organization.

This is a business-facing IT role , focused on systems, analysis, and process optimization — not technical support or help desk .

Key Responsibilities

- Support the administration and improvement of Sales Systems and CRM platforms .
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Support CRM data quality, updates, and process follow-up.
- Document and improve business processes and system requirements.
- Support testing and implementation of system enhancements.
- Coordinate with Sales and other business areas to identify system and process needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s student or recent graduate in , Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Advanced English is a must
- Available to work, Monday through Friday,



from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m in Polanco - CDMX
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, data analysis, or business systems is a nice to have
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
