Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : 55K-60K monthly A fast-growing hybrid workplace startup is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Solutions Lead to ensure their co-working spaces remain at the forefront of connectivity, security, and smart technology. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in delivering a seamless, tech-enabled experience for corporate clients across their locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize network architecture through QoS policies, SD-WAN rules, and VLAN/Fortinet firewall configurations to ensure security and performance across multi-tenant environments.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for corporate clients, maintaining a 15-minute response mindset and applying ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Research and deploy IoT and smart office solutions; manage ISP relationships to guarantee 99.99% uptime and negotiate SLAs aligned with premium service standards.

Top Skills:

- Advanced networking expertise: 5+ years with Layer 3 switching, BGP/OSPF, DHCP/DNS, and SD-WAN (FortiManager, Meraki or similar).




- Certifications required: Fortinet NSE 4+ or CCNP equivalent; ITIL v4 Foundation a plus.
- Proactive, urgency-driven mindset with strong documentation habits and a growth orientation toward emerging tech (Wi-Fi 7, 5G).
