We are looking for a curious, technical, and action-oriented Junior AI Solutions Builder who wants to create AI agents, automations, and low-code solutions that solve real business problems.

You do not need years of professional experience or a traditional software engineering background. What matters most is that you have already used AI or automation tools to build something that works.

It could be a personal project, a school assignment, a freelance solution, a chatbot, an automated workflow, an AI agent, an API integration, or a tool you created to make a process faster or easier.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations.
- Create workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, Lindy AI, or similar tools.
- Work closely with operational teams to understand their processes, challenges, and repetitive tasks.
- Identify high-value opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Connect tools using APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automations.
- Create clear documentation and explain solutions to non-technical users.
- Manage multiple projects and move quickly from idea to deployment.

What We’re Looking For
- A junior technical profile with an interest in AI, automation, systems, software, data, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to build a functional project.
- Familiarity with at least one low-code/no-code platform, such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.




- Strong logical thinking and the ability to break a process into clear steps.
- Curiosity and the ability to learn new technologies independently.
- A builder mindset: you like testing ideas, solving problems, and making things work.
- Ownership of your projects from the initial idea through implementation.
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members.
- English proficiency sufficient to understand technical documentation and communicate in an international environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases or data workflows.
- Familiarity with large language models and AI agents.
- Experience automating business processes.
- A portfolio, GitHub repository, demo, or personal technical project.
