As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to projects involving engineering, operations, and business improvement. Your new workday will include

As a Junior Consultant, you will:

- Support project teams with engineering, operational, and business improvement activities primarily within Life Science / BioTech / Pharmaceutical industries
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and business data
- Support problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for clients and project teams
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders across disciplines
- Participate in client meetings and support the communication of technical concepts and recommendations
- Work on-site with clients and travel when required

What we're looking for To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of technical understanding, analytical skills, and a strong willingness to learn. You are comfortable working collaboratively, taking responsibility for your tasks, and communicating with both colleagues and clients.

You bring

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and business data




- A basic understanding of engineering design, manufacturing, construction, or operational processes
- A basic understanding of GMP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and project teams
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- A willingness to learn quickly and work across multiple industries and technologies
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- A proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and leadership potential
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site with clients when required
- US work permit (minimum requirement)
