Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK): 20-25K mxn brutos A fast-growing startup is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Facilities Coordinator to join their team and support the daily operation and maintenance of their workspaces. This role plays a key part in ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and presentation of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities, support basic technical reviews (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture), and coordinate on-site maintenance vendors.
- Receive, log, and follow up on facility-related tickets and requests, maintaining clear communication with users to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage administrative records (tickets, maintenance history, inventories) and support minor space adjustments, project logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Top Skills:

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with punctual follow-up and strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance principles.




- Strong service orientation, organization, and proficiency with Excel and digital management tools.
