We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Principal Architect to act as a trusted advisor and senior technical leader for complex enterprise transformation engagements.

This role is responsible for defining technology strategy, leading enterprise architecture initiatives, providing technical governance, and driving large-scale transformation programs across networking, security, cloud, and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop enterprise technology strategies, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead architecture assessments, discovery workshops, gap analyses, and executive strategy discussions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technology leaders.
- Provide architecture leadership across network, security, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
- Establish governance frameworks, architecture standards, and design review processes.
- Support business development activities including proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and executive presentations.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and engineering teams while ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements
- 20 years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise technology solutions.
- 10 years in customer-facing consulting, architecture strategy, transformation programs, and advisory services.
- Experience leading multinational and multi-vendor transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, governance, and consulting skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Architecture or Principal Architecture background.
- Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, Cloud, or Security certifications.
- Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco Security, Juniper SRX, Zscaler, and Netskope.
- Exposure to Network Automation, AIOps, Observability, and Policy Management platforms.
