What will you do as Senior LMS Administrator at Sealed Air?
You will help own and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Learning for a global workforce of approximately 16,000 employees. This is a hands-on, platform-focused role where you will ensure our LMS is reliable, scalable, data-driven, and ready to support the future of learning.
You will work closely with HR Technology, Learning & Development, People Services, and regional HR teams while helping us strengthen reporting, automation, governance, and emerging AI capabilities across our learning ecosystem.
Why do we need you?
- Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning , including roles, permissions, domains, organizational structures, workflows, and system settings.
- Configure and maintain learning objects, curricula, learning paths, prerequisites, assignment logic, completion requirements, and global learning catalogs.
- Coordinate SuccessFactors upgrades and releases, including UAT planning, testing, validation, and documentation .
- Build and maintain LMS reporting for completion, compliance, utilization, and business needs using Report Story, Ad Hoc reporting, and related analytics tools .
- Maintain LMS data integrity by auditing user records, learning assignments, completion history, and enrollment data and resolving discrepancies.
- Partner with HR Technology on Employee Central data flows, SSO, APIs, connectors, and third-party content integrations .
- Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex LMS issues, manage vendor support tickets, and maintain administrator documentation and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve the LMS through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, analytics, and continuous process improvement .
What do you need to succeed?
- Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning .
- Experience working with Learning objects such as curricula, learning paths, assignment rules/profiles, roles, permissions, catalogs, and completion requirements .
- Strong LMS reporting and analytics capability, including SuccessFactors Report Story, Ad Hoc reporting, or similar reporting tools .
- Understanding of HRIS-to-LMS integrations, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , SSO, APIs, or connectors.
- Experience troubleshooting complex LMS issues and supporting platform releases, testing, and UAT.
- Knowledge of digital learning standards including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI .
- Experience maintaining LMS data quality, governance, and compliance-related learning records.
- Professional English proficiency is required , as you will work regularly with general stakeholders.
