Logistics Planning (Customer Service)

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

- Know, analyze, implement and improve the processes and logistics systems that guarantee the availability of raw materials to meet the requirements and satisfaction of the customer in time and quantity.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the management and scheduling of production and materials.
- Analyze and set inventory levels of raw materials and finished products according to customer demand, ensuring the reliability of SAP data.
- Analyze and optimize the flow of materials in and out of the plant.
- Ensure that customer requirements and all required logistical information are met.
- Manage and maintain logistics information in SAP.




- Have the demand updated.
- Review the customer's claim against line capacity to determine possible risks in the fulfillment of the delivery plan.

What are your qualifications?

- SAP (MM module)
- Supply Chain Process
- Knowledge in import, export, customers, laws, NAFTA and market.
- Customer Specific Requeriment
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor of Business Administration, International Trade and/or related.
- Results-oriented, customer-oriented, communication skills, teamwork.
- English (Able to establish a business conversation).
