Residencia privada de alto nivel en Tulum busca una persona responsable, proactiva y con experiencia en mantenimiento para encargarse del cuidado diario de jardines, albercas, áreas exteriores y mantenimiento general de la propiedad.

Buscamos a alguien práctico, que tenga iniciativa, sepa identificar lo que necesita atención y pueda trabajar de manera independiente con mínima supervisión.

RESPONSABILIDADES

- Mantenimiento de jardines y áreas verdes: riego, poda, corte y plantación
- Limpieza y mantenimiento de albercas, filtros y equipos
- Mantenimiento de sistemas de riego, fuentes, bombas y sistemas de agua
- Trabajos generales: pintura, resanes, retiro de basura y limpieza de exteriores
- Reparaciones básicas y trabajos generales de mantenimiento
- Identificar y solucionar problemas básicos de plomería, electricidad y equipos
- Revisar regularmente la propiedad y atender necesidades de mantenimiento de manera proactiva
- Mantener herramientas, equipos y áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas
- Coordinar con técnicos especializados cuando sea necesario

EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS
- Experiencia en jardinería y mantenimiento de albercas indispensable
- Experiencia en mantenimiento general de propiedades
- Conocimientos de plomería, electricidad, aire acondicionado, carpintería, bombas o sistemas de agua son una gran ventaja
- Persona responsable, confiable y trabajadora
- Proactiva, resolutiva y capaz de trabajar con mínima supervisión
- Cómoda realizando trabajo físico y mantenimiento general
- Atención al detalle y orgullo por mantener la propiedad en excelentes condiciones
- Interés en un puesto estable y a largo plazo

PROPERTY CARETAKER & MAINTENANCE

Private Residence | Tulum, Quintana Roo | Full-Time A high-end private residence in Tulum is seeking a reliable, proactive and experienced Property Caretaker & Maintenance person to oversee the day-to-day care of the gardens, swimming pools, exterior areas and general property maintenance.

We are looking for someone practical and hands-on who takes initiative, notices what needs attention and can work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Garden and landscape maintenance, including watering, trimming, pruning and planting
- Pool cleaning and maintenance, including filters and pool equipment
- Maintenance of irrigation, fountains, pumps and water systems
- General labour, including painting, patching, garbage removal and exterior cleaning
- Basic repairs and general handyman work throughout the property
- Identify and troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical and equipment issues
- Regularly inspect the property and proactively address maintenance needs
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition
- Coordinate with specialised technicians when required

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with gardening and pool maintenance is essential
- Previous property maintenance or handyman experience
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pumps or water-system knowledge is a strong advantage
- Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with physical work and general labour
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a property to a high standard
- Looking for stable, long-term employment
