Position Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring production capacity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization within our operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles.
- Experience within the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..

Technical Knowledge / Experience

- Core Tools: PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- VSM – Value Stream Mapping.
- IATF 16949.
- Capacity studies and manufacturing process analysis.




- OEE analysis.
- Workforce and production capacity calculations.
- Development and implementation of Jigs, Fixtures and Poka-Yokes.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, including PFMEA, work instructions and process documentation, for engineering changes and new product launches.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and production capacity.
- Develop improvement proposals focused on cost reduction, labor optimization and process efficiency.
- Design and implement Jigs, Fixtures and Poka-Yokes for manufacturing processes.
- Perform installed capacity studies and OEE efficiency analysis.
- Calculate workforce requirements based on production and sales plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization.
