About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team.

This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, social media, communications, and business development. The intern will play an active role in strengthening WaveAlps Capital's digital presence while supporting market research, business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ongoing projects.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, curious, and business-minded individual who is interested in the intersection of sports, real estate, investment, and international business.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating content and communicating ideas, but also has the curiosity and analytical mindset to identify business opportunities and understand markets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

- Support the development and execution of WaveAlps Capital's digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Create, coordinate, and publish content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Research relevant trends, news, companies, and topics across sports, real estate, investment, and business.
- Develop content ideas and contribute to the company's editorial calendar.
- Assist in creating presentations, visual materials, newsletters, and other communication assets.
- Support the development and positioning of the WaveAlps Capital brand and digital presence.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.




- Maintain and update marketing and communication materials.

Business Development

- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Research potential clients, investors, strategic partners, companies, and institutional stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and strategic documents.
- Identify potential partnerships and opportunities across sports, real estate, and entertainment.
- Maintain and update business development databases and CRM information.
- Support follow-up with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare market research and reports to support business development initiatives.

Strategic Projects

- Support ongoing projects across sports, real estate, investment, and entertainment.
- Assist with research and preparation for meetings and business opportunities.
- Support the management team in coordinating follow-up actions and deliverables.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the company's marketing, communications, and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in marketing, communications, and business.

Academic Background

Students or recent graduates in:

- Marketing
- Communications
- Public Relations
- International Relations
- International Business
- Business Administration
- Sports Management
- Finance
- or related fields.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Interest in sports, real estate, investment, and international business.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and ideas.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, international team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts, creating digital content, or supporting marketing projects is a plus.
