Position Objective:

Ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials required for production through planning, monitoring, and inventory control, coordinating communication among corporate teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity, production plan fulfillment, and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and execute material requirements according to production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Coordinate raw material and component supply with domestic and international suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate teams regarding forecasts, demand changes, and supply strategies.
- Negotiate delivery schedules, priorities, and recovery plans with local suppliers.
- Coordinate activities with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability.
- Analyze inventory, coverage, shortages, and obsolescence metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to supply chain operations.
- Prepare reports and key performance indicators for decision-making.





Requirements

- Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material planning within manufacturing environments.
- Experience in home appliance, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing industries.
- Experience with plastic materials, resins, or injection-molded components.
- Experience in inventory management and MRP systems.
- Experience negotiating with local suppliers.
- Experience working with corporate or integral teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- ERP systems experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
