Mainspring Energy seeks a Mechanical Drafter to support our Linear Generator platform. You will build CAD models and 2D drawings for COTS and custom parts, manage BOMs, and process high volumes of CAD tickets in SolidWorks and PLM. The role requires 2–4 years of drafting experience (or BS with 1–3 years), familiarity with ANSI/ASME standards, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is an on-site position in Monterrey, with collaboration across engineering teams.
