Our client, a leading provider of innovative health solutions, is seeking a dedicated Medical Training Specialist (eClinicalWorks) to support their mission of transforming healthcare through technology. In this full-time, remote role, you will lead clinical staff training programs and oversee clinical documentation standards to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will drive quality improvement initiatives and conduct comprehensive clinical chart audits to improve overall patient outcomes.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver clinical education and training programs for staff.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
- Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical staff education and training.
- Strong background in conducting clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
- Hands-on experience with the eClinicalWorks (eCW)
EMR system.
- Solid understanding of quality improvement processes and documentation standards.
Nice To Have
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) credentials.
