Diligent Corporation is seeking a Partner Renewal Specialist to manage renewals across our channel and strategic partner ecosystem. You will drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure a seamless renewal experience in a commercially focused role.
You will work with Partner Success and Sales teams to mitigate churn, forecast renewal health, and negotiate multi-year terms, all while maintaining strong partner relationships and data integrity in Salesforce.
