Martin Property Management (MPM) is hiring a remote Listing Agent based in South America to support the marketing and leasing of residential properties across Greater Boston. This role focuses on creating accurate, compelling listings, keeping property information current across platforms, responding promptly to inquiries, and coordinating closely with the leasing and operations teams.

The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, comfortable working in English, and able to manage multiple listings and deadlines in a fast-paced property management environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, publish, and update rental property listings across approved platforms
- Write clear, accurate, and engaging property descriptions using MPM’s brand voice and listing standards
- Verify rents, availability dates, amenities, showing instructions, photos, and other property details before publishing
- Monitor active listings and promptly correct outdated or inconsistent information
- Respond to prospect inquiries professionally and route qualified leads to the appropriate leasing team member
- Coordinate with team members to collect photos, videos, property updates, and missing listing information
- Track listing status, inquiries, and follow-up activity in MPM systems
- Help optimize listings based on lead activity, feedback, pricing changes, and time on market
- Follow MPM SOPs, Fair Housing guidelines, and Massachusetts compliance requirements
- Provide regular updates on active listings, pending needs, and performance

Qualifications

- Based in South America with reliable internet and a professional remote-work setup
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills




- Previous experience with real estate listings, leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines accurately
- Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, cloud documents, CRM systems, and property management or listing platforms
- Ability to work independently while communicating proactively with a USbased team
- Familiarity with Fair Housing principles is preferred; training will be provided on MPM processes and Massachusetts requirements

Compensation / Schedule

- $6–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience, English proficiency, and relevant real estate or property management knowledge
- Remote position based in South America
- Schedule and weekly hours will be discussed during the interview process
- Availability during agreed-upon US Eastern Time business hours is required

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
