At BIGO, we are looking for an Office & Workplace Operations Specialist to help manage our Mexico office and employee apartments and ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is not simply an administrative support position. You will have real ownership of office operations, employee housing, facilities, suppliers, expenses and workplace experience, while collaborating with local and international teams.

What You'll Do
You will be one of the key people responsible for making sure our office and employee housing operations work efficiently every day.
Office Operations
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Mexico office.
- Coordinate office seating and workspace arrangements.
- Support administrative onboarding activities for new employees.
- Manage office supplies procurement, distribution and inventory.
- Maintain administrative asset records.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning and repair services.
- Help identify and resolve workplace issues quickly and efficiently.
Employee Apartments & Property Management Employee housing is an important part of this role.
You will
- Coordinate apartment leasing, renewals and lease terminations.
- Communicate with landlords, property managers and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate employee apartment move-in and move-out processes.
- Manage keys and access cards.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repair services.
- Follow up on resident requests and feedback.
- Ensure issues are followed through until they are fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate apartment and lease-related documentation.
Experience with employee housing, property management or lease administration is strongly valued.
Vendor Management
You will be responsible for more than simply communicating with suppliers on a daily basis.
You will
- Manage relationships with existing administrative suppliers.
- Source and evaluate potential new suppliers.
- Request and collect quotations.
- Compare prices, services and commercial proposals.
- Support negotiations with suppliers.
- Coordinate service delivery and execution.
- Follow up on quality, timelines and supplier performance.
- Maintain supplier information and documentation.
We are looking for someone who understands the full vendor management cycle, from sourcing and quotation comparison to service delivery and performance follow-up. Expenses & Administrative Control
You will also support the financial administration of office and apartment operations:
- Prepare payment applications for administrative expenses.
- Collect invoices, receipts and supporting documentation.
- Maintain expense trackers and administrative records.
- Support expense and budget tracking.
- Keep supplier and payment information organized.
- Ensure documents are properly filed and updated.
Process Improvement We are looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks, but also thinks about how things can be done better.
You will
- Identify recurring operational issues.
- Recommend practical improvements.
- Help structure and document administrative processes.
- Support the standardization of local administrative procedures.
- Maintain clear records and reporting.
- Work with HQ teams to align local administrative processes with company requirements.
Who Are We Looking For? You don't need to have had the exact title of Office Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above. Administration, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in office operations, workplace operations, facilities, property management, corporate housing or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with office and/or employee apartment operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience with lease administration, apartment move-in/move-out or property management is highly valued.
- Experience managing vendors beyond daily coordination, including supplier sourcing, quotation collection, price comparison, negotiation and service follow-up.
- Experience handling administrative expenses, invoices, payment requests and expense tracking.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Ability to identify problems and proactively develop solutions.
- Ability to organize and standardize recurring administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent Spanish.
- English level of at least 80% in both written and conversational communication.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in a multinational, technology, internet or Chinese company is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
