What You’ll Be Doing
Lead production, quality, and process engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance.




Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer delivery performance.
Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with EHS teams to support a zero-incident workplace.
Optimize manufacturing processes and resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen business results.
Coach, develop, and engage diverse teams to build capability, accountability, and long-term success.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing both direct and indirect teams in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and production performance management
.Experience working with quality management systems and industry standards, including IATF and related quality practices.
Ability to make informed decisions, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
