At Vistra | iiPay, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead complex payroll operations and support the continued growth and transformation of our payroll services in Mexico and across Latin America.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services for multiple clients, legal entities, payroll frequencies, and employee populations. You will also act as a champion of change, driving digitalization, process improvement, stronger governance, and operational excellence.





This opportunity is ideal for a strong people leader who combines deep payroll expertise, TRESS knowledge, governance, client service, and emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment and collaborating with local, regional, and integral stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Payroll operations and compliance

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Mexico payroll team, supporting multiple clients, legal entities, and employee populations.
Oversee the complete payroll lifecycle, including weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll cycles.
Ensure payrolls are processed accurately, compliantly, and within established calendars and statutory deadlines.
Review and approve payroll calculations, reconciliations, reports, system changes, and final payroll results.
